These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forbidden Spells (the "Service"), operated by Conversions Accelerator LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming, USA limited liability company. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of the Service

2.1 Service Description

All Services provided by Lady Elara, including but not limited to astrological readings, psychic readings, energy healings, spellwork, rituals, and spiritual guidance, are intended for entertainment, spiritual insight, and personal reflection purposes only.

These Services are based on spiritual interpretation and intuitive guidance and should not be considered as:

  • Medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional advice
  • Factual predictions or guarantees of future events
  • Substitutes for professional consultation in any field
  • Absolute or infallible truths

2.2 No Guarantees

We make no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, completeness, or applicability of any content or guidance provided through our Services. Results and experiences are subjective and will vary by individual.

2.3 No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we strive to provide meaningful and insightful spiritual guidance, we explicitly do not guarantee:

  • Reconciliation with ex-partners or specific relationship outcomes
  • Manifestation of specific events or circumstances
  • Timeline accuracy for predicted events
  • Success of spellwork, rituals, or energy healing
  • Resolution of personal, financial, or health matters
  • That any specific person will take any particular action

Individual results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to personal circumstances, free will of all parties involved, and the subjective nature of spiritual work.

3. Purchases and Subscription

  • Initial purchase: access to the Service is made available following a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout.
  • Optional subscription: a recurring monthly subscription is available for continued access to the email exchange with Lady Elara. The subscription includes a free trial for the first month; starting with the second month, it automatically renews and is billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout, until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect as described in our confirmation, and you will not be billed for subsequent billing cycles. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a current billing cycle, except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Additional products may be offered for purchase after your initial purchase.

4. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable amount, including recurring subscription charges until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, request, or share content that is illegal under applicable law;
  • Create, request, or distribute content that sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors;
  • Generate or promote hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence against any individual or group;
  • Attempt to use the Service to harass, stalk, defraud, or harm any third party (including the person you are seeking a connection with);
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or manipulate the AI's safety features or misuse the Service in a way inconsistent with its intended entertainment purpose;
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if we believe you have violated this section.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, the Lady Elara persona, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE AI CHATBOT'S RESPONSES ARE AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED AND MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR INAPPROPRIATE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, EXPERIENCE, OR RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY ROMANTIC OR RELATIONSHIP OUTCOME.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
