We want you to be satisfied with Forbidden Spells. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of the applicable charge — whether that is your initial one-time purchase or a recurring monthly subscription charge — by emailing us at [email protected].
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address used for your purchase and, if available, your order or transaction ID. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for a charge already made. If you would like a refund for a specific subscription charge, submit your request within 60 days of that charge as described above. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine, in good faith, that it was submitted fraudulently, in bad faith, or in connection with a violation of our Terms of Service (for example, abuse of the Service or of this Refund Policy).
