  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including facilitating the email exchange with Lady Elara
  • To process payments and manage your subscription, including the free trial period and recurring monthly billing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including: Stripe (payment processing), Meta (advertising), Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and other AI providers (chatbot functionality), and GoHighLevel (funnel and customer relationship management). We retain your account information and chatbot conversations for as long as your account is active, and in any event for no longer than [12] months from your last interaction with the Service or from account cancellation, after which such data is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
